Fully remote position 


BriteCore is seeking a Pre-Sales Analyst to understand client needs, configure our software to highlight its advantages, and present software demonstrations to prospects. This position will also gain and put into practice knowledge of the insurance industry and technology, including some basic programming skills. 

The ideal candidate communicates clearly, approaches tasks logically, is experienced with insurance, has mastered abstract reasoning and problem-solving, is self-driven, and has excellent math and interpersonal skills. 

About the Position


  • Participate in prospect demos and conversations
  • Complete RFI/RFP responses and proof-of-concept projects
  • Configure and support trial environments
  • Troubleshoot issues related to demo environments
  • Read client materials and analyze for potential gaps 
  • Monitor new product features and assists with documentation


  • Possesses good working knowledge of the insurance industry 
  • Applies insurance knowledge by configuring applications
  • Quickly adapts to new tools and situations
  • Has strong math and problem-solving skills
  • Understands business needs behind system requirements
  • Domiciled in the USA - easier travel to prospect sites 


  • 2+ years of experience in the insurance industry
  • Proven attention to detail and critical thinking skills
  • Customer-focused roles and responsibilities
  • Administrator of at least one system


  • Experience in pre-sales
  • Salesforce administration
  • Remote work experience
  • Willingness to travel to client sites 
  • Lifelong learner - studies InsurTech trends
